Allison Walters is the founder and creative force behind Elements Dance Company. With over a decade of experience as a performer, choreographer, and educator, Allison brings a deep passion for dance and a commitment to technical excellence to every aspect of the company.

A graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Allison was a proud member and choreographer for the university’s official dance team, the Rock Chalk Dancers. During her collegiate career, she competed at UDA College Nationals and performed at major events, including the Kansas City Royals World Series Parade and the Brad Paisley College Campus Tour.

Her professional background includes teaching and choreographing for competitive and recreational dancers at studios across the country, including Carolina Collective Dance Centre, Dancensations Dance Center, and Just Dance. She has also served as a UDA Staff Instructor, leading both large-scale and private camps for high school teams nationwide.

Certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, Allison integrates strength and conditioning into her dance coaching, helping dancers build the physical foundation needed for peak performance.

Allison’s dance journey began at the age of three, laying the foundation for a lifetime of training across multiple styles. Her performance background spans both stage and screen, including roles in classical productions such as The Nutcracker and Cinderella, and a television appearance as a background actor in Outer Banks Season 4.

Through Elements Dance Company, Allison is dedicated to developing confident, versatile dancers prepared for all aspects of life, offering a uniquely comprehensive approach to training, choreography, and performance.
