Price includes:
accommodations at a Four Star Resort,
taxes and resort fees
(must pay additional cost for general
admission).
Hotel Rooms
do not include airfare or
airport transportation. Hotel
accommodations will be determined by the
date of receipt of the registration
forms, rooming list and deposits. (All
forms must be completed and accompany
the registration to guarantee
reservations). Hotels cannot guarantee
special requests such as: adjoining
rooms, rooms blocked on the same floor
(especially for large groups), roll-aways
and cribs. There is
no guarantee that rooms will be in the
same block. Guests rooming
together must all check-in and check-out
on the same dates.
Due to Florida fire code and
occupancy laws, rooms with two beds
CANNOT accommodate a rollaway bed and
may not house more than four people. You
must have 4 names on your room list in
order to book a room with 2 beds. There
is a limited number of suites.
